Three Very Important Traits:
Communicate Well with Others,
Problem-Solving Skills,
Meticulous Organization
If these sound like you, consider a career in project management.

If being organized is a serious part of your daily routines, project management is a career to consider. Project managers are needed in many industries including technology, construction, finance, law, and more. Project managers find solutions for simple to complex problems, manage teams, delegate tasks, communicate with customers, and more.
On average, a project manager works 45 hours a week, but this is subject to change based on the needs of each role. There are a few general steps to having a career as a project manager.
Step 1: Obtain Undergraduate degree
Step 2: Take PMP exam or other examination if certification required
Optional Step 3: Graduate school (specialization may require additional training)
An undergraduate degree can be in any field a student is passionate about, but it is helpful to have courses and a degree in business or business management.
